Smart maintenance decision making is one of the pillars of industry 4.0. It requires incorporating intelligent decision support technologies to the maintenance system. Availability of advanced sensors to collect data, breakthrough of hardware, and advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning methods are key enablers. I am interested in developing advanced diagnostic and prognostic algorithms using AI and machine learning methods based on data and physics.
